Pranayama in the Morning: A Five-Day Class for Six Months’ Practice
Pranayama, the study of the life force through the breath, is best learned in intimate settings under the hands-on guidance of an experienced teacher. The benefits of right practice include self-knowledge, the regulation of effort, physiological resilience, and vitality. This 5-day workshop is offered twice a year early in the day when distractions are reduced, to set the stage for home practice.
