The posture we take sets the tone for our entire experience and capacity in concentration and meditation. Though there are infinite ways to study it, one of the most effective entries is through the everyday experience of practitioners. Pranayama in the Morning: A Five-Day Class for Six Months’ Practice
Pranayama, the study of the life force through the breath, is best learned in intimate settings under the hands-on guidance of an experienced teacher. The benefits of right practice include self-knowledge, the regulation of effort, physiological resilience, and vitality.
