Asanas for Freedom from Stress & Tension
Twenty-five essential poses will be used in two 75-minute classes a week to focus on health in specific areas of body and mind. MEDITATION POSTURE FRIDAYS
The posture we take sets the tone for our entire experience and capacity in concentration and meditation. Though there are infinite ways to study it, one of the most effective entries is through the everyday experience of practitioners. The 10-session 2017 series is offered to provide a guided apprenticeship in the yoga of meditation.
