Pranayama in the Morning

The format for this five-day workshop was suggested by B.K.S. Iyengar when I asked him what the best format might be to help my student develop their practice of pranayama. Class size is limited to provide a feeling of spaciousness and self-care.
Please arrive by 6:35 to allow 10 minutes’ Savasana before the class begins.
