An event every week that begins at 7:30am on Wednesday, repeating until March 15, 2017
What are the elements of a stable, upright sitting posture? How do we cultivate the yoga of sitting?
In this weekly short class focuses on accessible yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and composure for seated practices. Participants learn how to use daily yoga practice to take care of body and mind in meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing that exposes elbows and knees, and come with an empty stomach.
Class is taught by Shosan Victoria Austin and other Iyengar yoga teachers who practice Zen meditation.
