What yoga poses and sequences help practitioners of seated meditation? This mixed-level class focuses on the main actions of joints and torso, using a variety of poses in sequences designed for home practice. Victoria has offered this class since 1984 to cultivate ease and comfort in the seated practices of the meditation community. Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted to cover room, equipment, and other expenses of this practice offering.
